STONE GALLERY THAILAND is committed to offering high-quality decorative stone products and furniture, along with excellent service to all our customers. However, due to the unique nature of natural stone products and individual furniture pieces, as well as the nature of our website which serves only to provide product information (no online ordering), we have a clear return policy as follows:

Return Conditions

As the STONE GALLERY THAILAND website is a platform for product information and does not have an online ordering system, the consideration for returns will be based on the conditions agreed upon at the point of sale through the specified contact channels (email or telephone) only. Generally, we reserve the right to consider returns in the following cases:

  1. Product Not as Described: If the product you receive does not match the details displayed on the STONE GALLERY THAILAND website or as agreed upon during the ordering process (e.g., type of stone, size, color, or pattern is clearly different from what was specified).
  2. Product Damaged During Delivery: If the product is damaged during transportation (carried out by a shipping company selected by us or you), please notify us immediately upon receipt of the goods, along with photographic or video evidence, for investigation and consideration of a resolution.
  3. Product with Manufacturing Defects: If defects arising from the manufacturing process are found (e.g., cracks, fissures, or other imperfections not due to the natural characteristics of the stone or transportation).

Cases Where Products Cannot Be Returned

  1. Personal Preference: Due to the unique patterns and colors inherent in each slab of natural stone, we do not accept returns based on reasons of dissatisfaction with the patterns, colors, or slight variations in the natural characteristics of the stone.
  2. Order Changes After Confirmation: Once you have confirmed your order through the specified contact channels, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or changes to the order.
  3. Damage from Misuse/Incorrect Installation: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs from improper use, installation, or maintenance.

Procedure for Requesting a Return

1. Contact Us: Notify us of your intention to return a product, stating the reason and attaching evidence (photos or videos if necessary) to:

2. Await Inspection: Our team will review the information and evidence you have submitted and will contact you to inform you of the decision as soon as possible.
