What are our products and services
We offer a wide range of products and services, including marble, granite, sandstone, and other natural stones. Our products and services are available for purchase online or directly at our storefront. We provide comprehensive services, from stone selection, recommending suitable stones for your application, area measurement, and custom stone cutting, to professional stone installation.
How are ordering and payment handled
You can order our products and services online or directly at our storefront (contact number 02-720-4732-4). Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash (please verify the transfer details carefully each time). Our prices are displayed in Thai Baht and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Is there a warranty. What are the conditions
Our products and services come with the warranty specified on our website. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by human error or improper use. You can return our products and services within 14 days after receiving them. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in their original condition.
How is the delivery. Does it take a long time
Delivery takes approximately 10-25 days from the date of receiving the deposit payment. Every piece of marble will be carefully packed in export-standard, durable fumigated wooden crates that can withstand heavy weight. Inside the wooden crates, there will be plywood or foam lining to cushion the marble and prevent impact. They will also be securely fastened with plastic straps or ropes.
Does the shop offer after-sales service
Over time, marble may develop scratches or stains. Customers can inform us to request polishing services. We will have expert technicians available to polish the marble back to its original beautiful condition. In the event that the product is damaged after delivery, customers can inform us to request repair services. We will have expert technicians available to provide free repair services.
